Southern Ontario Apartment Investor Network ("SOAIN", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Bruh Tesfatsion Real Estate, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Contact information: first and last name, email, mobile phone, company name, website, and LinkedIn profile.
Investor profile: investor type, years investing, portfolio size, units owned, and asset classes owned.
Acquisition criteria: markets of interest, preferred unit count, purchase budget, target returns, and preferred strategy.
Financing details: capital available, financing method, CMHC experience, and lender relationships.
Timeline and notes you choose to provide.
Technical and usage data: through cookies and analytics tools, we may collect IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the site.

2. How we use your information

To match you with off-market apartment opportunities that fit your stated criteria.
To send you deal alerts, market intelligence, and related updates you have consented to receive.
To respond to your inquiries and schedule strategy calls.
To operate, maintain, and improve the site and our services.

3. Consent (CASL)

By submitting the application form and checking the consent box, you provide express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from us, including deal flow and market updates. Every message we send identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent at any time by using that link or by contacting us at bruhtesfatsion@peakhillcapital.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the service:
